Executive Services Officer

We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes:
Demonstrated understanding, or the ability to rapidly acquire an understanding of the structure, functions and services of the QAS and the Queensland Government, to enable the efficient handling of enquiries and requests for information from internal and external stakeholders.
Proven capability and experience in navigating public sector administrative and governance processes and providing sound policy advice, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and follow governmental in confidence practices.
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to liaise effectively and maintain productive relationships with a range of stakeholders including QAS staff and senior management; the public; dignitaries; representatives from other organisations; and Ministerial officers.
Demonstrated experience in providing executive level administrative support services, including the drafting of high-level correspondence, presentations and reports.
Well-developed time management skills and demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet and manage deadlines and effectively manage multiple projects in an environment of competing priorities and changing demands.
Proven ability to conduct research and understand, analyse, manipulate and interrogate data from a wide range of sources and produce relevant, accurate and comprehensive reports.
