Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Account Manager at HEIGER in Melbourne, VIC. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building relationships, identifying customer needs, and promoting products. This role allows for some flexibility to work remotely.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Knowledge of construction or landscaping industries
  • Experience in product promotion and customer acquisition
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Technical understanding of construction materials is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
