The role

We are currently seeking applications from enthusiastic, organised and proactive recruitment coordinators to join our Human Resources team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on working in a busy environment and enjoys building strong relationships with people across the whole organisation.

The Human Resources/Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the coordination of recruitment and selection activities, onboarding, and the induction of new staff. In addition to this, the Human Resources/Recruitment Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of various projects and events that take place throughout the year including, but not limited to, the reward and recognition program and 360-degree feedback.

To succeed in this position the successful candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in high volume, fast paced, administrative positions.
  • An extremely high regard for confidentiality, reliability and integrity in respect to all interactions with members of staff and the wider community.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills to support interaction with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced to intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and a strong technical aptitude.
  • Excellent written communication skills including the ability to prepare documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure, deal with multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a flexible, proactive and responsive manner.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part a team, supporting others in their role as required.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and valuing diversity.
  • A positive outlook, exceptional interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence with demonstrated ability to build authentic, collaborative and productive relationships.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing needs and requirements of the position.
  • A current Working with Children Check and National Criminal Record Check.
