***About the Role**:
The Internal Communications Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the strategic transformation being led by the refreshed Executive and senior leadership team at Minda. In this role you will be tasked with crafting our internal communications messaging to encourage understanding and support for Minda’s revitalised strategic objectives and organisational priorities. This role presents you with a real opportunity to create a narrative which drives positive culture change.

On a day to day basis the areas you will get to influence include:

- Developing a renewed internal communications and stakeholder engagement strategy
- Sourcing and producing a range of creative written, visual and interactive communications
- Working with our Change Manager to share updates of our change journey with stakeholders
- Delivering key communications materials and other internal collateral materials and platforms
- Creating communications plans for key internal events, change initiatives and other internal projects to increase staff engagement
- A degree in Communications, Public Relations or related discipline, or substantial (demonstrated) equivalent experience in internal communications
- Previous success in developing, implementing and managing stakeholder engagement plans
- Understanding of internal communication strategies, as well as reporting.
- Success in managing internal communications plans
- Experience in advising and supporting senior staff on issues relating to internal communications
- Outstanding oral and written communications skills
