We are a leading national logistics organisation seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team. This is a "hands-on" role as you are the first point of contact for all HR related matters for our employees and Supervisors / Managers.

Based at our head office at Brighton-Le-Sands your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with general HR enquiries, tasks and responsibilities.
- Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process for new staff on a weekly basis.
- Preparing employment contracts and welcome packs.
- Assist with the preparation of documentation in relation to compliance and performance management.
- HR Administration; including maintaining personnel files, documentation and induction preparations.
- Facilitate and support employee incentive programs and performance reviews.
- Assist with communications to all staff to ensure that they are continuously informed of activities across the organisation through relevant channels.
- Liaising with managers and key stakeholders regarding key matters.
- Actively support the wider corporate team with various HR activities across the organisation throughout the year.

To be considered for this role you need to be able to demonstrate:

- Previous experience in a similar HR role.
- Previous experience managing/leading people.
- A professional approach to handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Intermediate computer skills & excellent administration skills.
- Ideally, you have Business / HR qualifications (Diploma or higher) or equivalent industry experience.
