Our Lady of Consolation Aged Care & Services (OLOC) is an independent, mission-driven provider of aged care, community services, and seniors affordable housing. With a proud legacy dating back to 1946, we support over 300 residents in our residential campus and more than 2,000 community clients across Western Sydney from Epping to the edge of the Blue Mountains. We are known for delivering compassionate, client-focused services with professionalism and heart.

We're now looking for an enthusiastic Administration and Project SupportOfficer to join our team. This role is varied and will provide vital support to our Leadership Team, provide assistance with projects, help coordinate key administrative and IT processes, and contribute to continuous improvement across OLOC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with coordination and support of IT and phone systems, including troubleshooting, and vendor liaison
  • Support fleet logistics through maintenance scheduling, registration tracking, and compliance documentation
  • Assist with the administration of surveys, audits, and organisational quality readiness activities
  • Collate and prepare monthly and quarterly clinical data reports in collaboration with managers, and assist with external reporting submissions
  • Prepare correspondence and compliance documentation to support operational and regulatory requirements
  • Provide feedback summaries from surveys and audits, and assist managers with follow-up actions and documentation
  • Contribute to internal projects and digital initiatives by supporting documentation, logistics, and stakeholder communications

Essential Criteria:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in administration, quality support, or project assistance
  • Strong IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with digital platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to confidentiality, discretion, and professional integrity
