We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Project Coordinator to support our busy project teams in various administration functions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating meetings, preparing relevant documentation, and maintaining accurate records. They will also be responsible for formatting and proofreading documents, as well as performing general administrative duties as required.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop their experience in supporting project teams and contributing to the efficient working of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings and prepare relevant documentation
- Maintain accurate records and registers
- Format and proofread documents
- Perform general administrative duties
- Provide project support services
- Assist with internal project audit activities
- Other ad-hoc administration duties
- Invoice and account administration
Requirements:
For this role, we are looking for a proven Project Administrator, ideally with exposure to admin support and customer service. The ideal candidate will have some or all of the following skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience in an Administrative or Office Support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage day-to-day operations and support multiple projects
- Evidence of minute-taking and generating actions from meetings
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Data entry and maintenance of database information
