**Required Experience**:

- Familiarity with partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders to define project scope, collect requirements, build project timelines, and monitor activities for successful outcomes.
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient in organizing and facilitating meetings of various sizes, from 1:1 interviews to broad-based stakeholder groups.
- Analytical and data-savvy, able to derive insights and support decision-making processes.
- Understanding of the Project lifecycle, Project frameworks, and key Project and Change Management concepts.
- Skilled in partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and develop high-level milestone planning.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.
- Confident presentation skills.
- Experience in vendor management.
