The RoleWe're looking for a driven, hands-on Senior Office Administrator to be the glue that holds our office together. You'll run day-to-day operations, create documents and systems, liaise with stakeholders nationwide, and keep everything humming.
What You'll Do- Work as a true team player, supporting colleagues and fostering a collaborative, positive office culture.
- Own end-to-end office management (calendars, inboxes, supplies, contractors, compliance).
- Create, document and continuously improve procedures and SOPs so the office runs smoothly.
- Proactively solve problems, triage issues, and implement practical solutions.
- Prepare professional documents, reports, and templates for internal and external use.
- Liaise with staff, property owners/investors, and SIL providers around Australia.
- Support leadership with scheduling, reporting, and communications.
- Pitch in where needed—everyone on our team helps each other.
- A natural all-rounder and team player who's comfortable getting your hands dirty.
- 3+ years' office admin/operations experience (real estate experience a big plus, not essential).
- Proven track record in creating and rolling out office systems/procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication; high attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy (MS Office/Adobe, AI, PropertyMe or similar is a bonus).
- Calm under pressure, organised, and solutions-focused.
