The role

We are seeking a new Invoice Administrator on a full-time basis.

  • Prepare and process invoices for purchase orders within our CRM platform
  • Assist with freight & dispatch system
  • Provide support for accounts function, as required
  • Assist with operational updates & improvements in systems, accounts & freight

Data entry for invoicing is a core focus of the role.

You will work on-site alongside the warehouse management team and our office manager, with regular support and training to help you succeed.

The role is 5-days per week Monday to Friday. Our warehouse and office is in the same location with ample parking and access to public transport
