Hire Controller

This role is responsible for coordinating deliveries and pick-ups along with being the first point of contact for customer enquiries either on the phone or entering the store.

Duties may include:

- Coordination of deliveries and pick-ups of equipment
- Providing great customer service and expert equipment advice
- Taking and processing customer orders and hire contracts
- General Office management and administration
- Liaising with clients and other hire companies
- Working in the yard on occasion
- Driving a truck throughout the local area on occasion

About you:

- Prior experience as a hire controller or within the building/hire industry preferred
- Possess superior customer service and strong communication skills
- Physically fit and strong personal presentation
- Is a Kirrawee or has strong knowledge of the local area
- Very good computer skills
- Good cultural fit, work ethic, and be self-motivated
- Proven history of reliability and punctuality

Work Hours

Ideally this role is 55 hours per week however there is some flexibility
The Tool Store is open Monday - Friday 6am - 5pm,
