**About the role**

We currently have an opportunity for a **Work's Co-Ordinator **to join the **Skilltech **team working on the **Intellihub **contract. In this role you will be tasked with the daily scheduling of work orders across our field team. This position is a client facing role in fast paced environment, so time management is equally important as interpersonal skills. This position will require you to be based in our **Kirrawee **office working Monday-Friday.

**About you**
- Excellent customer service and communication skills as you will be the point of call to Customers, Client’s, and technicians.
- Previous experience in Work order management, scheduling or allocating is advantageous.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced people management environment, dealing with both Clients and Technicians frequently.
- Great attention to detail and experienced in general administrative duties.Reliable, self-motivated and able to problem solve efficiently.
