We are a well-established (31 years) mortgage broking business based in the Sutherland Shire looking for a mortgage broker to grow with us and share in the rewards.

What you would do

• Your role will be to focus on doing what you do best and that is to provide our clients with the best possible finance solutions and excellent customer service.
• Provide lending advice at various stages of the online application process.
• Understanding customers' needs and desired outcomes to help them achieve their financial goals.
• Take the customer on a stress-free journey throughout the application process.
• Managing the home loan application process with our staff.
• Maintaining the existing relationships as the portfolio grows.

What we are looking for

• We are looking for a mortgage broker who cares about customers.
• Qualified mortgage broker. Candidates currently undertaking mentorship will be considered on a case-by-case basis alongside those holding full mortgage broker licences.
• Be able to process approvals through to settlement with the help of our internal support staff.
• Understand the importance of building strong relationships with existing and new clients and keeping them updated throughout the process of their application.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be well versed in the Microsoft Office suite such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents.
