New Life Building is a well-established, privately owned business looking for an experienced and professional Administrative Assistant to join the team on a part-time basis. You will be integral in supporting the team to ensure exceptional service delivery.

**The Person**

To be considered for this role you will have:

- A can-do attitude with great people skills
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional attention to detail & time management
- The ability to multi-task to deliver on business deadlines and team goals

**The Experience Required**
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of various office-based technology systems including Microsoft Suite and Outlook
- The ability to work autonomously, as well as with multiple stakeholders to achieve the best results for the business and our clients
- Previous experience using AroFlo will be highly regarded

**Key responsibilities**
- Reception duties
- Professional and administrative support as required for the management team
- Job scheduling & administration
- General office administration tasks including office management, filing, data entry, drafting correspondence, and handling client documents

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

- Monday to Friday
