About the role:

You will be working for a fast-paced organisation dedicated to building positive experiences with customers and employees alike.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your primary duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Being the first point of contact for customer queries and ensuring that a high quality of service is delivered at all times on the phone, emails and in person.
  • Responding to internal and external enquiries and perform general administration tasks
  • Communicating with a variety of customer groups (including home owners, councils, builders etc).
  • Establishing, developing and maintaining effective working relationships with all work colleagues to ensure there is a one team approach to the delivery of the performance standards and business objectives.
  • Data entry
  • Receiving property information and updating database

The successful candidate will also have:

  • A passion for customer service, a positive attitude and an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic and problem solving skills (both written and verbal)
  • A warm, approachable, professional manner and a demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent computer and web-based skills (outlook and database software)
