We currently have an exciting full-time opportunity for a new Pool Service Technician to join our team.

About the Role

As a Pool Technician, you'll be the go-to expert for pool handovers, maintenance, and repairs. You'll ensure pools are safe, clean, and functioning at their best, while building strong relationships with clients through professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and adjust pool equipment including filters, pumps, and heaters.
  • Diagnose and repair faults such as leaks, cracks, and underwater lighting issues.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on pools.
  • Install equipment and connect to pipework on sleeping shells.
  • Clean filters, backwash systems, and replace cartridges as required.
  • Conduct safety inspections of pool fencing (including temporary fencing) for compliance.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and chemical levels.
  • Drain pools or water lines when necessary for repairs.
  • Provide friendly, helpful, and professional customer service.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and safety standards.
  • Manage job details, daily tasks, and follow-ups with customers.

What We're Looking For

  • Good physical fitness for hands-on work.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and in a team.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and excellent customer service.
  • Experience with pool equipment and maintenance a bonus but not required as full training will be provided.
