About the role

We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our growing team and support the service, repair, and maintenance of our equipment across Australia.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing regular preventive maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving electrical, mechanical, and software issues
  • Replacing or repairing components such as valves, sensors, and control boards
  • Installing new beverage dispensing machines at client locations
  • Upgrading existing machines with new features or components
  • Configuring and calibrating machines to meet client requirements
  • Providing remote troubleshooting support as required
  • Managing spare parts and tool inventory, and ordering replacements when needed
  • Delivering professional, efficient customer service with minimal downtime
  • Training and guiding customers on proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Being available for occasional emergency service calls, including weekends/holidays

About you

We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, customer-focused environments, enjoys travel, and loves learning and developing new skills.

You will bring:

  • Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively throughout Australia
  • Technical certification in electronics, mechanics, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Service Technician, Field Technician, or similar technical role
  • A current and valid driver's licence
  • Strong fault-finding, diagnostics, and repair experience
  • Basic coding knowledge (e.g., Python, C++) - nice to have, not essential
  • Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment
  • Solid understanding of safety procedures and compliance
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to act quickly under pressure
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple service appointments and logistics effectively
