We are currently seeking a Experienced Pool Service Technician to join our dynamic team on a Full-Time basis. If you're passionate about pools, customer service, and working independently, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

As a Pool Service Technician, your role will include:

  • Servicing residential and commercial pools and spas
  • Water testing and chemical balancing
  • Maintaining filtration systems and automatic cleaning equipment
  • Conducting algae treatments
  • Installing pool & spa equipment
  • Troubleshooting and repairing issues on-site
  • Managing stock and supplies in your service vehicle
  • Regular service visits and customer interactions
  • Manual handling and lifting of heavy items

About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in the pool industry
  • Demonstrated experience in any pool-related work including maintenance, cleaning, or equipment servicing
  • Knowledge of water chemistry
  • A current driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • A professional, tidy appearance and positive attitude
  • The ability to work independently and unsupervised in all weather conditions
  • Comfort with modern technology for job tracking and communication
  • CPP31218 Certificate III in Swimming Pool and Spa Service is desirable

  • Valid driver's license
  • 2 years + experience in a similar role
  • Police clearance (to be completed)
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a passion for excellent service
  • Must have current Australian work authorisation
