Poolwerx is one of Australia's most recognised, multi awarded and successful Pool and Spa care networks made up of retail stores and mobile vans.

Poolwerx Byford is a friendly family owned business and is looking for a Service Technician with an Immediate start South of the River

  • All the tools of trade with fully maintained company vehicle and mobile phone provided
  • Opportunity to undertake the Certificate III & IV in Swimming Pool & Spa Service as part of your employment with Poolwerx – gain a qualification
  • Outdoor office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning of swimming pools and spas in both residential and commercial environments
  • Water testing and adding of chemicals
  • Perform basic marketing activities while in field
  • Organise and stock vans as required

To be successful, the right candidate will need the following attributes;

  • Be well presented, polite and professional in dealings with Customers
  • Be highly motivated with a 'can do' attitude and willingness to learn new skills
  • Able to work unsupervised in the field
  • Have excellent problem solving skills
  • Must be able to think on your feet
  • Enjoy working outdoors in a physical role
  • Ability to lift 20kg bags of chemicals and work in all weather conditions
  • Must have a current drivers license & police clearance
  • Must have Australian work rights or valid work visa
  • Must have a current Australian C Class driver's licence with clean driving record

Previous experience or knowledge within the Pool & Spa industry is preferred but not essential. We invite motivated persons who are looking for a career change to apply as full training is provided
