Are you a natural leader with a passion for creating fun, safe, and memorable experiences for kids and families? We're looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to help run our vibrant indoor playcenter

Responsibilities:

-Assist the team Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring the venue is clean, organized, and welcoming

-Drive party bookings and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.

-Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries or complaints.

-Organize and oversee children's activities, birthday parties, and special events.

-Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements:

-Previous management experience of minimum 1-2 years is essential

-Previous hospitality or retail experience is essential

-Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

-Ability to lead and effectively communicate with a team

-Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to boost party bookings.

-Knowledge of safety regulations for children's play areas.

-First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

-Availability for shifts, including weekends and holidays.
