**About us**
Our client is a global leader in sustainable, innovative building insulation products with a strong commitment to environmental and social responsibility. We are looking for a positive and energetic individual to join us in our 6 Star GreenStar awarded manufacturing facility in Somerton, Victoria.
This role will have responsibility for the procurement of raw materials, finished goods, office supplies and facilities maintenance services; as well as company contracts as they come due for review/ renewal.

**About the role**
Working in a small team you will have key areas of responsibility whilst striving towards common goals and objectives with your colleagues. Key duties will include:
- Data creation support for raw materials
- Creation of purchase orders received for raw materials, consumables and, intercompany purchases
- Supporting the receipting process of raw materials, consumables, and intercompany purchases
- Obtaining and maintaining prices as required for all purchases to support the business
- Providing administrative support for the logistics function in maintaining inventory
- Support for ensuring freight accuracy in company systems
- Maintaining data accuracy at Kingspan managed locations and third-party locations servicing Kingspan
- Supporting the supplier claims process and the planning/forecasting for raw materials
- Additional project support as required
**About you**
You will be able to demonstrate strong time management skills while bringing a supportive and customer focused culture to the team. As well as:
- Data entry / Admin experience
- Strong IT skills across MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised and flexible
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
**Desirable for this role**
- Purchasing or inventory control experience
- Experience in a similar industry
