Key responsibilities

Your mission is to go beyond traditional sales and become a true growth partner, helping clinics and salons thrive.

  • Assess: Evaluate business performance and coach salon owners on effective menu design, strategic pricing, and operational enhancements.
  • Guide: Advise partners on creating compelling service menus and marketing opportunities to boost client attraction.
  • Deliver: Provide hands-on training in retail strategies and lead group workshops to maximise product sales.
  • Expand: Manage and grow an established client portfolio while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Build: Cultivate lasting industry relationships and maintain detailed activity reporting.

Your skills and experience

  • Background: Have a proven background in business development within the cosmeceutical skincare or aesthetic device industry.
  • Education: Hold a diploma in beauty therapy and demonstrate a strong sales record, with a preference for device sales experience.
  • Coaching: Possess a strong capability in coaching, business growth strategies, and building industry relationships.
  • Communication: Exhibit excellent public speaking and training skills, with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Organisation: Be highly organised, self-driven, and emotionally intelligent.
  • Travel: Be willing to travel throughout Victoria and have access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Computer: Be computer literate, with proficiency in Excel, cloud CRMs, and Zoom.

You will stand out if you have

  • Experience: Extensive experience in sales of aesthetic devices, including LED, laser, IPL, and microneedling.
  • Presentation: Excellent personal presentation and strong work ethic.
