Progression to Junior Project Manager

Are you an experienced Contracts Administrator looking to work across some of Sydney's most exciting architecturally designed projects? This is an opportunity to join a boutique builder delivering high-end residences and Class 2 apartment projects valued up to $30M.

You'll be part of a supportive and collaborative team, working under a director who understands the importance of working hard but also values work-life balance.

About the role:

  • Manage head contracts, subcontracts, and procurement processes
  • Support project delivery across residential and mixed-use developments up to $30M
  • Work closely with Project Managers and Site Teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Use Procore/Bluebeam and other industry-standard platforms

About you:

  • Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator on Class 2 projects
  • Exposure to architecturally designed, custom, or high-value projects
  • Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Motivated to grow into a Junior Project Manager role
