Contract Governance Specialist

The Contract Governance Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of client contracts, ensuring seamless onboarding, compliance, and operational alignment across Sedgwick's client portfolio. This role is pivotal in supporting the Client Directors, Operations Leads, and Delivery Managers by maintaining contract integrity, coordinating due diligence, and ensuring accurate reporting and billing setup.

What are my accountabilities?
  • Contract Lifecycle Management : Maintain the contract portal, oversee onboarding of client contracts, ensure version control and secure access, and coordinate reviews with GRC and Infosec.
  • Operational & System Support : Manage client service records, PUAR forms, and contract submissions; liaise with Darwin Admin and Data & Analytics for system setup and reporting.
  • Governance & Compliance : Support development of guidance materials, communicate contractual updates, and contribute to governance and compliance improvements.
  • Issue Resolution : Provide assistance in resolving contract-related issues and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.

About you:

  • Extensive Contract & Operations Expertise : Proven experience in contract management, client operations, and service delivery best practices.
  • Strong Governance & Compliance Knowledge : Deep understanding of onboarding processes, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
  • Advanced Communication & Stakeholder Engagement : Skilled in building relationships, influencing across all levels, and navigating matrixed environments.
  • Technical & Organisational Proficiency : Proficient in systems like SAP, with strong documentation, prioritisation, and adaptability skills.
