We design and build premium concrete pools with integrated landscapes. You'll work closely with the Director and site team, learn quickly, and take on real responsibility across pre-construction, procurement, and project setup.

What you'll do
  • Estimating & Scopes: Quantify plans, prepare BOQs and scopes of work, request/compare supplier & subcontractor quotes.
  • Procurement: Order materials, raise purchase orders, coordinate lead times/deliveries, maintain price libraries.
  • Buildertrend Setup: Create jobs, budgets/cost codes, schedules, POs; upload drawings/specs/RFIs; track variations.
  • Finance Admin: Collect and allocate site receipts to cost codes; monitor budget vs actuals; help with progress claims.
  • Coordination: Liaise with engineers, certifiers, surveyors, architects; book inspections; keep documents current.
  • Prestart Handover: Assemble project packs (drawings, scopes, programme, contacts, QA checklists) and brief the site team.

Skills & experience (nice to have, we'll train you up)
  • 1–3 years in construction (pools/landscapes/renovations ideal) or a Construction Management/related student/grad.
  • Buildertrend , plus solid Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Basic take-offs, BOQs, and scope writing experience.
