Imagine stepping into a vibrant, bustling kitchen where every day is a new adventure As a Full-Time Sous Chef at Kingpin North Strathfield, you'll be the right-hand to the Head Chef, orchestrating a symphony of flavors and excitement. Your role isn't just about cooking; it's about creating unforgettable experiences for our guests and leading a dynamic team we call the Funsquad

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and Lead:Coach your Funsquad by setting the gold standard for guest experiences. Your leadership will make every meal memorable
  • Safety and Fun:Ensure a lively yet safe environment for both your team and guests, meeting all safety and quality control standards
  • Efficiency and Innovation:Work closely with the Head Chef to streamline operations, manage costs, and seize opportunities for improvement
  • Daily Operations:Take charge of the kitchen's daily activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently

What You Bring:

  • Hospitality Experience:Your background in hospitality will shine as you deliver top-notch service
  • Leadership Skills:Proven ability to lead and inspire a team
  • Qualifications:A certificate in hospitality, retail, catering, or food is a plus. Willingness to obtain a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is essential
