Essential information for you:

  • Approximately hours weekly
  • Mostly three 5-6 hour am or pm sessions each week
  • Currently Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 8am-2pm, or 1.30-~7pm approximately
  • During training and when covering others on leave; the same days, am & pm
  • Occasional Sundays 2-7pm (weekend rates)
  • Career (long term) opportunity
  • Immediate start
  • Must be time flexible and practical for you to live in reasonable proximity

Your Role (nitty gritty):

Essentially, the event "host" that ensures clients are optimally served, supported and cared for while ensuring the centre runs smoothly.

  • Greeting clients and setting the tone of the space
  • Managing communication channels and flow, multiple phone lines, emails and client and practitioner needs
  • Scheduling appointments, receipting and fee handling
  • Administration of files and records
  • Supporting the practitioner(s) and centre presentation
  • Maintaining presentation, cleanliness and hygiene of the centre
