Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist based in Laverton North, VIC. The Receptionist will be responsible for daily front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phones, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and performing clerical tasks. The Receptionist will ensure a welcoming environment and provide excellent customer service to all clients and visitors.

Qualifications

  • Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills
  • Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
  • Experience in a healthcare environment is a plus
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
