About the Role

We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Administrator – Construction to support our Construction Manager and Site Managers across residential projects. This 9-month maternity leave contract (with potential for extension) offers a hands-on role in coordinating key administrative functions including documentation, contractor management, WHS compliance, handover scheduling, and progress tracking. You'll play a vital role in keeping projects on track, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting site teams with timely, high-quality administrative support.

Who We Are Looking For

You're a confident and capable administrator with a strong understanding of construction processes and a passion for supporting high-performing teams.

To be considered you must:

  • Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
  • Have proven experience in an administrative role
  • Construction industry experience (highly desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of construction standards, codes, and WHS policies
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Advanced computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Sound judgement and attention to detail under pressure
  • Experience with financial reporting, contract variations, or project tracking
  • Qualifications in Business Administration will be highly regarded.
