We are seeking a capable and self-motivated **Office & Accounts Coordinator** to join our small, family-run business located in West Adelaide. This is a dynamic and varied role suited to someone who is proactive, organised, and confident managing day-to-day operations independently.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administration & Customer Service**
- Assist with preparing and processing quotes and sales orders.
- Maintain general office cleanliness and ensure amenities, kitchen, and supplies are well stocked.

**Accounts & Bookkeeping**
- Process sales invoices, credits, and payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and support background bookkeeping tasks.
- Maintain accurate financial records using **Xero** (experience highly preferred).

**Warehouse Support (as required)**
- Assist the Warehouse Manager with stocktaking and inventory organisation.
- Provide support during busy periods with general warehouse duties.

**Additional Duties**:

- Liaising with suppliers and tracking order deliveries.
- Following up customer quotes to support the sales process.
- Contributing to internal process improvements.
- Assisting with basic marketing or social media tasks if desired.
- Previous experience in office administration and accounts.
- Proficient with Xero or similar accounting software (highly preferred).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
- Located in or near **West Adelaide**, with full-time availability Monday to Friday.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mile End South SA 5031: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
