**About the Opportunity**

Are you a HR Graduate or have exceptional administration experience looking to join a supportive, friendly and professional team? You will be responsible for administrative tasks for the Human Resources department, supporting and working closing with Human Resources Officers. The role will provide exposure to many functions of HR including on-boarding, recruitment, payroll support and systems. You will be a highly organised and capable of dealing with shifting priorities within a busy environment. You will be able to maintain high standards of service, confidentiality and attention to detail at all times. This role will provide an outstanding opportunity for you to gain further experience or take the next step in your HR career.

**Your duties will include**:

- Human Resource related administrative functions including on-boarding/off-boarding of employees;
- Prepare and distribute employment related letters during the life of employment such as contract variations, resignations and parental leave;
- Prepare fortnightly payroll spreadsheets for Sonic Payroll and update employment terms in UKG ensuring accurate payroll processing;
- Establish and maintain electronic personnel files and HR databases/spreadsheets;
- Administer Clinpath Uniform ordering;
- Support HR Officers with recruitment related activities;
- Other Administrative duties as requested.

**To be considered for this role you must possess**:

- Previous experience within a Human Resources department and/or HR qualification (highly regarded);
- Excellent knowledge of and experience with administrative systems and procedures;
- Experience in creating and managing employee-related documentation, including contracts and letters;
- Strong organisational, planning and customer service skills;
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal with professional phone manner;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Experience in multitasking HR processes simultaneously without compromising quality ;
- MS Office skills - MS Word and Excel, are essential as well as efficient and accurate typing skills;
- UKG experience (highly regarded);
- Experience with e-learning ELMO system (highly regarded);
- Ability to interpret instructions and provide feedback to ensure systems, procedures and processes are maintained at the highest standard;
- The ability to work in a team environment and autonomously as required;
- A strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality;
- Professional approach in both presentation and conduct; and
- Experience in Healthcare (highly regarded).
