About the role

Become a Roadside Patrol Officer with Transport Field Service, providing essential support for RACQ customers in Warwick QLD. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for assisting motorists on the road, ensuring their safety and getting them back on the move.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding promptly to customer calls for roadside assistance
  2. Provide assistance for vehicle breakdowns on the side of the road
  3. Replace flat batteries and of 24-hour roadside battery sales
  4. Perform tyre changes for flat tyres
  5. Respond to lockout situations and provide key rescue services
  6. Deliver 24/7 roadside support to customers in need

What we're looking for

  1. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose mechanical issues
  2. Valid C-class manual driver's license
  3. Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities
  4. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  5. Willingness to work varied roster including, days, on-call nights, and weekends
