The role.

  • Provide support for customers and suppliers
  • Coordinate and organise domestic operations
  • Coordinate the distribution of customer orders with  third-party providers
  • Communicate order status to customers
  • Tracking freight following up with freight carriers
  • Raising credit notes and processing returns
  • Processing sales orders
  • Provide communication and support for ANZ customers
  • Communicate with sales and finance team on orders
  • Assist customer general enquiries
  • Coordination of inbound shipment documentation
  • Assist with international logistics bookings
  • Customer payment allocation and basic financial support
  • Work Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm, office based role

About you.

You are efficient, high attention to detail, and can work methodically and independently. Previous experience in administration, shipping, operations, logistics/warehousing would be ideal. Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience using Microsoft D365 would be highly regarded. Describing yourself as positive, reliable and self-motivated you build strong customer relationships and enjoy engaging with your colleagues.
