We have been in business for over 30 years and service many different types of clients in many different fields and pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service & building strong relationships with clients.
About the role
An exciting opportunity exists in an very established accounting firm. We are looking for a confident administration/receptionist to assist with the day to day running of the business.
As our first point of contact you will be the welcoming face of our practice and need to demonstrate a professional demeanor, be well presented with a bubbly personality, possess great time management and an ability to work autonomously.
Key responsibilities:
In this role some of the duties will include but not be limited to:
Meet and greet clients in reception with professionalism and warmth
Manage multi-line phone system: answer, transfer and take accurate messages
Schedule appointments and maintain the meeting diary
Process incoming and outgoing mail & emails
Data entry including some MYOB Account-right entry
Client Communication including Debtor Control
Printing, binding and filing/scanning
Support the team with ad-hoc administration as directed by the Partner
Accounts Payable

The ideal person will demonstrate or have the following:
Exceptional communication skills both face to face and over the phone
Proactive and positive attitude

Office 365 Product suite experience essential
