We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established Law Firm on the Southern Gold Coast, with an excellent reputation. This is an excellent opportunity for a Receptionist / Administrator to join the business, a vibrant and fund team.

**The role**
As the full time Receptionist / Administrator your duties will include:

- Reception duties including taking calls, using the switchboard and managing the appointment calendar;
- Booking appointments and advising clients of their options with regards to legal services available;
- Opening/Closing new customer Files, updating records and file maintenance
- General admin duties
- Data entry
- Invoicing clients;
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders via phone, letter and letter
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Printing offer and managing administration of legal documents as a support function of the legal team;
**Applicant requirements**:

- Have previous experience working as a Receptionist/ administrator in a law firm (preferable)
- Have exceptional organisational skills and time management skills
- Be a team player, with an ability to work both autonomously as and when required
- Have a “can do” attitude, someone flexible in their approach to work.
- Possess sound knowledge of the full Microsoft Suite and experience using LEAP would be highly advantageous
- Have an excellent telephone manner
