**ABOUT THE ROLE:
**Summary of the role**:Our Brand, Events and Promotions Coordinator is a pivotal role in our multi-skilled national team of team of marketing and communication professionals. It brings brand, merchandise and events to life to set the platform for great media, social and face-to-face engagement.
- This is a full time role working 76 hours per fortnight - based in our national corporate office in Richmond, Victoria. We support flexibility for all staff.
- The role includes some travel, both local and interstate and works across the diversity of corporate, health and hospitals, healthy ageing (aged care, home care and retirement living) and other services.
- On a day-to-day basis the role is responsible for planning and organissing events, responding to brand and branded merchadise requests and supporting marketing, communications and media teams to deliver projects for our internal clients.
- Events can include marketing activations and open days, launches and openings, along with internal corporate initiatives and staff engagement.
- The coordinator also plays a central role in assisting the team to manage the busy calendar of projects.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- _You are a highly organised promotions and events professional who has the ability to work with strategic and creative teams and to communicate effectively with senior executives. You have strong written, verbal and presentation skills._
- _You will have a qualification in marketing, communication or events management._
- _You must have a current open driver's licence._
- _You will have worked in a large, demanding organisation and have a record of executing large and small events to support marketing, media and communication strategy._
- _You have a passion to work in a high-performing team for a caring organisation._
