**The opportunity**:
The Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Senior Account Manager, with customer service, production/delivery, account administration and marketing activities associated with designated accounts. We see this as a great opportunity for a well organised person to learn all the ins and outs of fashion wholesale from product development, sell in, production, delivery, dealing with retailers. We need a self-starter, organised and confident in dealing with various multiple internal and external stake holders.

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Support the Senior Account Manager, Childrenswear and other account managers to fulfill administrative tasks for each retail customer in the portfolio.
- Manage sales to smaller accounts on event programs - from pitch to delivery.
- Assist with setting up Line Plans
- Responsible for checking retailer Buy Files.
- Updating weekly sales documents.
- Assist with buyer submissions - lab dips / strike offs
- Upload & manage product upload in retailer portals, including writing descriptions.
- Managing e-commerce with the retailer’s online team.
- Communication with buyers’ assistants and logistics on deliveries.
- Work with marketing coordinator to organise photo shoots for eCommerce and marketing campaigns
- Sample co-ordination for in-house showings/meetings.
- Retailer research - store visits to monitor stock
- Comp shop analysis
- Track any late product deliveries
- Sending parcels through reception

**The skills and experience you offer us**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Illustrator beneficial is a bonus but not necessary
- Previous experience working in a wholesale environment (Highly Advantageous)
- Knowledge & passion for the fashion industry (preferred)
