**About the role**:
Reporting to the Senior Media and Channel Manager, we’re looking for a customer-focused, data-driven Paid Media Specialist to join our Support Office in Richmond.
If you’re looking for your next challenge and have experience in leading, implementing, and executing paid media strategies to drive awareness, engagement, acquisition, and sales, we would love to hear from you.
Our Paid Media Specialist will play an integral role in bringing the Grill’d brand to life by developing industry-leading paid media campaigns to maximize channel performance and eCommerce ROI. You will lead and support revenue growth plans across various digital channels and collaborate closely with Campaign and Social teams.
- Manage ad campaigns with clear KPIs, handling bids, budgets, audiences, and targeting settings.
- Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests on audiences, creative, and bids, and report results for further optimization.
- Provide comprehensive campaign reporting and ROI analysis to stakeholders, aligning with overall marketing strategies and goals.
- Brief and manage the creation and delivery of ad creatives and copy that resonate with target audiences and enhance performance.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to grow sales and achieve efficiency goals, providing insights to improve broader marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor best practices, and manage monthly KPI reporting for paid media aligned with marketing plans.
**Who we’re looking for**:
- 2+ years of experience in managing PPC/search and paid social media campaigns, with a successful track record in optimizing paid media for ROI.
- Expert understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, CVR, ROAS) and strong analytical skills using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Proven ability to use data and insights to inform strategy, improve paid performance, and manage multiple campaigns efficiently.
- Strong communication and project management skills, with experience briefing and managing ad creative development.
- Proficient in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic, and knowledgeable in Google Analytics, attribution, and UTM tagging.
