We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join a fast-paced environment. This is a 6 month initial contract in Melbourne and will support the technology department in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and on time.

Description

  • Coordinate and monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Experience with SAP systems is a bonus
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and meeting minutes.
  • Track project progress and ensure milestones are met on time.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks or issues to the project manager.
  • Support the technology team in implementing project plans and strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to process improvements and project efficiency initiatives.

Profile
A Successful Project Coordinator Should Have

  • A background in project coordination or administration within the Energy Sector or technology sectors.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
