The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and help drive the next phase of our growth in Western Australia. This role is ideal for someone who understands the value of strong customer relationships, is comfortable identifying and securing new business opportunities, and can represent a trusted brand in the pool industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Strengthen relationships with existing distributors, dealers, and pool professionals
  • Represent Pool Controls at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
  • Collaborate with internal teams on market feedback and product development opportunities
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business strategy

About You:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in a technical or B2B environment
  • Knowledge of or background in the swimming pool industry will be highly regarded but someone starting off in a BDM role are also encouraged to apply
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as required
