Job Description

We're looking for a hands-on
Project Manager
to oversee multiple sites with a key focus on safety, people and performance — all while enjoying a
4 days on / 3 days off
roster that gives you the perfect balance between work and life.

*What You'll Do*

  • Drive a strong safety-first culture across all operations
  • Lead and motivate site teams to achieve milestones and uphold quality standards
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder expectations
  • Build solid relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
