Sales Representative- Truck Sales

About the Role:
Our client, a leader in the Truck Building industry, is actively seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join their expanding team. This is a dynamic opportunity for an ambitious and results-driven professional with proven experience in truck sales, relationship building, and new business development.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, in this role, you will spearhead regional growth efforts, develop strategic partnerships, and maintain high-value relationships with customers across the state.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across target sectors.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and tender responses.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation through to delivery.
Customer Relationships
- Build strong partnerships through trust, transparency, and reliability.
- Conduct customer visits to understand operational needs and site conditions.
- Deliver a seamless, positive customer experience aligned with the company values.
Product Knowledge & Collaboration
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our Vacuum Truck range and specifications.
- Work closely with Engineering, Operations, and Service teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Represent the company with professionalism and technical confidence.
Market Insight & Reporting
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and pricing.
- Provide sales forecasts and market feedback to the Marketing team.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
