We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to design, implement and coordinate marketing activities that support the company's growth and brand strategy.

This role focuses on strategic planning, market analysis, and digital communications—ensuring that the company's marketing initiatives effectively promote its services to a broad and multicultural client base.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns to promote company products and services.

Conduct market research, analyse trends and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making.

Develop and manage online content for both Western and Asian social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat, Weibo, RedNote).

Coordinate advertising, media placements, sponsorships, and promotional activities.

Monitor campaign performance, prepare analytical reports, and provide recommendations.

Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistency in brand communication.

Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure efficient delivery of marketing outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

At least 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or digital media management.

Proven experience in digital content creation, campaign management, and data analysis.

Strong English and Mandarin communication skills (written and spoken).

Familiarity with both Western and Asian social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat, Weibo, RedNote).

Experience in marketing within service-based industries such as finance, property or professional consulting will be highly regarded.

Strong project management, analytical and organisational skills.
