Role Overview
The Brand and Social Lead is a pivotal role in shaping how Unite Health connects with the Pilates community across Australia. This position is responsible for building brand awareness and engagement through storytelling, social content, and creative campaigns. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Brand and Social Lead will act as a brand custodian, leading the organic social strategy and ambassador program while also supporting larger brand campaigns, partnerships, and events.

Key Responsibilities
Organic Socials

  • Lead and evolve Unite Health's organic social strategy to grow brand awareness and community engagement
  • Manage all organic social media accounts, including scheduling and community management (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Linktree)
  • Develop and execute content across copywriting, content shoots, and briefing creative partners (graphic designer, photographer, videographer)
  • Capture and edit student testimonials and other video content
  • Build a monthly content calendar aligned to brand vision and strategic priorities
  • Manage the Unite Health Facebook community group

Brand Activity

  • Manage and deliver smaller brand campaigns and support major brand campaigns with the Senior Marketing Manager
  • Support collaborations and the Studio Partnership Program
  • Deliver industry and trade events (approx. five per year)
  • Manage freelance creatives for production of brand assets and collateral
  • Manage merchandise stock levels, re-ordering, and distribution
  • Deliver smaller design tasks using Canva, Figma or Adobe

Ambassador Program

  • Co-develop and manage the ambassador program, including identifying and building long-term partner relationships

Reporting & Optimisation

  • Deliver monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Provide post-campaign reporting for brand activity
  • Stay across consumer insights, cultural trends, and competitor activity to keep Unite Health ahead of the market

Culture & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Programs/Operations teams, along with external partners, to deliver ideas and campaigns
  • Support sales and operations teams by sharing course information across organic social channels

About You
We're looking for a culturally connected, creatively minded marketer who understands how to build brands that stand out and emotionally connect with audiences. You bring a strategic mindset to every idea, campaign, and piece of content, ensuring activity is both creative and purposeful. You're proactive, collaborative, and able to manage projects end-to-end with strong attention to detail. You thrive on the opportunity to reimagine how a brand shows up on social media and are brimming with ideas on how to engage authentically with the Pilates community.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years' experience in brand management, social media management, and content execution for consumer brands
  • Ability to shoot and edit social media content
  • Experience briefing creatives (graphic designers, photographers, videographers)
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Proven ability to manage ambassadors, influencers, or content creators
  • Hands-on skills with Canva, Figma, or Adobe
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent project and time management abilities
  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
  • Positive, proactive, and collaborative approach
