The Opportunity

Grow, engage, and inspire MBS' online community through impactful storytelling and creative content. You'll manage our social channels, develop engaging campaigns, and collaborate with students, faculty, and alumni to bring the MBS brand to life across every platform.

Some key accountabilities will also include:

  • Create and deliver content that reflects MBS's brand identity, purpose, and guiding principles
  • Plan, design and publish social-first content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and emerging platforms
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to deliver content that supports enrolment campaigns and short-course promotions
  • Engage with our online communities by responding to comments, posts and discussions
  • Use analytics, SEO and social listening tools to measure performance and identify trends
  • Partner with faculty, students and alumni to co-create authentic content
  • Assist with paid social campaigns

About you

As an early career Marketing professional, you will ideally bring to us experience in growing followers and engagement through strong storytelling and creative content and in developing social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, sales and/or enrolments. Some skills and an interest in using analytics, SEO and listening tools to guide social content and which measure impact will be essential to your success.
