We're looking for a
Creative Copywriter
to join our
Content Team,
a group of strategists, designers, writers, and video specialists who bring brands to life across digital channels.

This role is perfect for someone who loves crafting words that capture attention, spark engagement, and drive results, and who also brings strong creative capability to generate ideas, messaging angles, and campaign concepts. You'll play a key part in shaping campaigns for a variety of clients, collaborating closely with designers, account managers, and performance specialists to bring ideas from concept to execution. You'll also have the opportunity to explore and experiment with AI tools and new creative technology, helping the team stay ahead of the curve in digital marketing.

Role and responsibilities

• Write persuasive, engaging copy across emails, paid ads (Facebook/Meta, Google, LinkedIn), social media, landing pages, and more.
• Adapt tone of voice to suit multiple brands and industries.
• Collaborate with designers and performance specialists to create campaign concepts, ad mockups, and full campaign flows.
• Generate creative messaging angles, taglines, hooks, and brand storytelling that cut through the noise.
• Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper, MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to enhance creativity and efficiency.
• Optimise digital content with basic SEO, UX, and performance marketing insights.
• Take feedback with ease and work closely internally with account managers and cross-functional teams, as well as externally with our clients

Attributes and Abilities

• Proven experience in digital marketing copywriting and direct response principles.
• Foundational skills in strategy and ability to present and articulate this internally and externally.
• Strong grammar, clarity, and persuasive writing skills.
• Eye for design and understanding of how copy and visuals work together. Experience with Figma, Canva, or similar is a bonus.
• Curious about new tools, trends, and technologies in creative marketing.
• Highly organised, collaborative, and able to juggle multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• At least 2–3 years' experience in an agency environment, ideally working across multiple clients and campaigns.
• Proven track record of developing and delivering marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on digital strategy and measurable outcomes.
• Strong grammar, clarity, and persuasive writing skills.
• Experience adapting tone of voice across multiple brands and industries.
• Eye for design and understanding of how copy and visuals work together; experience with Figma, Canva, or similar is a bonus.
• Curious and comfortable exploring AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to enhance creativity and efficiency.
• Education or property sector experience or a strong passion for these industries is a plus.
• Highly organised, collaborative, and able to juggle multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
