According to our clients, a mix of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Contractors, Clients and Commercial/Project Management Consultants, it would be a definitive YES. They have a number of projects both in Tender, Preconstruction and Delivery and with the current climate being that of a heavily legal, contractual and commercial bias they require Commercial and Contractual staff experienced in reviewing contracts, procurement and negotiation to ensure that their current and soon to be current projects are delivered with a satisfactory monetary outcome and to all stakeholders satisfaction.

Current roles include:

Contracts Manager – SE Qld, CV$300m Project based, reporting to Commercial Manager, 3 year duration

Contract Manager – NSW NW, CV$500m Project Based, FIFO, Reporting to the Project Manager, 2 year duration

Commercial Manager – Qld, Brisbane Based, CV$1b+ Project, Reporting to the Project Director, 3 year duration

Senior Contracts Administrator – NSW, CV$1b+ Project Based, FIFO or Relocate west, Reporting to the Contracts Manager, 3 year duration

Contracts Administrator X 2 – NSW, CV$1b+ Project Based, FIFO or relocate west, Reporting to the Contracts Manager, 3 year duration

Contracts Administrator – Qld, CV$250m Project Based, Reporting to the Contracts Manager, 3 year duration

Senior Procurement Advisor – NSW, CV$1b+ Project Based, FIFO, Reporting to the Procurement Manager, 3 year duration

To be eligible for these roles the clients are seeking:

Eligibility to work in Australia visa free

Experience in large project development and delivery

Capability to work within a team environment and adapt to different company cultures

Strong references from past employers

A Tertiary Qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Finance

Freedom and willingness to undertake a FIFO or relocatable assignment
