About the role
As the Contract Performance Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the performance and continuous improvement of high-value and high-risk contracts across TAFE NSW. You will apply best practice methodologies and leverage procurement systems to deliver strong commercial and operational outcomes. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a commitment to excellence. Your expertise in contract management will be key to your success in this role.
About You
You are a strategic and solutions-focused professional with deep expertise in procurement and contract management, particularly within complex public sector environments. You bring advanced skills in stakeholder engagement, governance, and performance improvement, and are confident navigating high-value, high-risk contracts. Your ability to communicate clearly, influence outcomes, and drive continuous improvement is matched by your commitment to compliance and delivering value for money. You thrive in dynamic environments where collaboration and innovation are key.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Degree qualification in a related field or significant equivalent experience and relevant professional accreditation or certification to a recognised procurement professional body (i.e.: CIPS, AAPCM).
- Extensive experience in the management and delivery of sourcing and contract management activities in a public sector environment.
- Experience with the operational management of contracted service delivery and change management activities.
