We are looking for an experienced IT Procurement and Commercial Partner – APAC to lead end-to-end IT procurement activities, manage supplier relationships, support bid coordination for proposals, and ensure effective budget management across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end IT procurement activities, including sourcing, contract negotiation, vendor management, and compliance.
  • Drive commercial and budgeting processes, supporting cost optimization, forecasting, and financial reporting for IT purchases and services.
  • Coordinate and compile bid and proposal information for IT-related projects, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business needs.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders — including IT, finance, legal, and project teams — to deliver strategic procurement and commercial outcomes.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency, cost transparency, and supplier performance.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in IT procurement and commercial management.
  • Strong understanding of contract negotiation, supplier management, and budget tracking.
  • Experience working with ERP, procurement, or financial management systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication skills.
