Personal Assistant/Client Services Administrator

At Butler Settineri, we're seeking a Personal Assistant/Client Services Administrator to work closely with our accounting team and play a key role in supporting both our clients and our people.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll be the central point of contact for clients and a key support to our team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with clients to collect information, respond to queries, and build strong professional relationships
  • Monitoring and updating of various databases
  • Preparing invoices and supporting month-end billing processes
  • Managing ATO-related tasks (mail, lodgements, ELD management, payment arrangements, and lodgement program monitoring)
  • Lodging client tax returns and collating year-end documents
  • Preparations of Corporate Documents and communications
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings
  • Working together with our Admin team to ensure the smooth operation of our office

What We're Looking For

To be successful, you will bring:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A meticulous, process-driven approach with strong attention to detail
  • A collaborative, positive attitude and professional presentation
  • High integrity and respect for confidentiality
